**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Drive product performance for the EMEA market**:
- Monitor sales and sell-through situation, create relative sales reports and analysis
- Initiate appropriate business strategies to liquidate stock in order to achieve sales target
- Work closely with Demand Planning and Supply Chain team on managing inventory, delivery and re-orders to ensure a healthy and appropriate mix and stock level locally.
- Define sales potential for seasonal and specialties products.
- Ensure each store has the right assortment
**Understand and share the Maison's product strategy locally, translate it into local action plans**:
- Act as a key stakeholder in bridging between Headquarter Merchandising and regional retail teams. Update them on merchandising & product plans, share priorities and drive results.
- Lead regional 360 alignment with Retail, VM, Training, CRM & Marketing to ensure successful product launches and performance
- Close collaboration with Training team to devise and deliver seasonal product training, market intelligence and fashion trend information to front-line staffs. With the Training team, monitor the product knowledge of the Retail teams, especially on our Lifestyle category.
- Drive and motivate teams in store around new product launches
**Be the voice of the region towards HQ Merchandising**:
- Explain the product performance both quantitatively & qualitatively
- Express local market needs and ensure Merchandising strategy is aligned with EMEA business reality

Le Merchandising Manager (F/H) sera la voix de la région EMEA pour toutes les questions relatives aux produits.
**RESPONSABILITÉS**
**Assurer la performance des produits pour le marché EMEA**:
- Pilotage quotidien des ventes
- Création et gestion des rapports et analyses hebdomadaires des ventes
- Mise en place des stratégies commerciales appropriées pour liquider les stocks afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente.
- Collaboration avec les équipes planification et distribution pour gérer les stocks, les livraisons et les réapprovisionnements.
- Assure l'optimisation des assortiments en boutique.
**Comprendre et partager la stratégie produit de la Maison par marché**:
- Être le garant de l'information produit en lien avec les équipes global et les marchés.
- Être en lien avec les équipes distribution, training et marketing afin d'assurer la réussite des lancements produits.
- Collaboration avec l'équipe training pour concevoir et dispenser des formations sur les produits, le marché et les tendances.
- Assure avec l'équipe training de la connaissance des produits, en particulier pour notre catégorie "Lifestyle".
- Pilote et motive les équipes en boutique lors des lancements de nouveaux produits.
**Être le porte-parole de la zone EMEA auprès de l'équipe global Merchandising**:
- Analyse de la performance des produits permanents et saisonniers sur les marchés
- Participation à l'élaboration des prévisions des ventes
- Réalisation à des études et des analyses de marché approfondies
**Profile**:
- Master's degree in Buying Business, Supply Chain or related field
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in merchandising or merchandising planning with regional exposures
- Strong sense for products, luxury/fashion savvy
- Proactive, resourceful & comfortable in working transversally with many departments
- Demonstrated ability of managing operational details and execution, while also understanding big picture
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Based in Paris
Diplômé(e) d'un bac +4/5 en école de commerce, école d'ingénieur ou université équivalente, vous détenez une expérience de 5 à 10 ans minimum dans le merchandising et l'analyse en région ou central.
Vous êtes proactif(ve), débrouillard(e) et à l'aise pour travailler de manière transversale avec de nombreux départements.
Votre anglais est courant.
