**MISSION**

Le Business Director aide les dirigeants d'entreprises à résoudre des problématiques structurantes et urgentes pour leurs activités. Le plus souvent, il s'agit d'une urgence de recrutement pour mettre en œuvre une restructuration, digitaliser les processus, remonter un service en difficulté, remplacer un dirigeant clef

Vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du cycle de vente:

- **Développement commercial part 1**
- Faire de la prospection téléphonique et réseau auprès de grands dirigeants d'entreprises, pour proposer un RDV visio/téléphoniques pour vendre et présenter le cabinet : nos clients sont:

Managing Partners ou directeurs des investissements dans les fonds d'investissements
- Convenir de RDV pour:
Présenter le cabinet

Détecter des besoins de manager de transition en RDV

Définir et préciser le profil recherché, créer du lien avec le client pour faire la différence par rapport aux Cabinets concurrents
**- Recrutement**
- Rechercher des profils dans notre vivier interne
- Sourcer dans notre base de CV disponible et sur les jobboards ou linkedin
- Sélectionner le/les meilleurs profils
**- Développement commercial part 2**
- Remettre en forme et fond le CV pour mettre en avant les points pertinents au regard de la mission: c'est un art
- Relancer du client pour décrocher un entretien - Coaching et Management
- Une fois le Manager en mission, effectuer un suivi mensuel du Manager de transition, pour s'assurer du bon déroulé de la mission, et apporter un lien avec le cabinet
- Gérer les problèmes : si mission difficile, sortie de mission etc...

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- Parcours avéré de Dirigeant ou Responsable commercial
- Grande capacité d'écoute
- Présentation, communication écrite et orale irréprochable
- Accrocheur, dynamique, réactif/ve, dans l'action, débrouillard
- Très axé(e) sur les objectifs et les résultats
- Polyvalent, autonome, capable de switcher d'un sujet à l'autre
- Persévérant, tenace, qui ne craint pas d'appeler et de déranger des grands dirigeants, et qui a un excellent relationnel pour échanger avec eux.
