**Pré - Cadrer les besoins**
- Accompagner les différents stakeholders dans la réflexion et l'expression des besoins (études préalables, structuration des process,, analyse de l'écosystème, rationalisation du besoin,, organisation de workshop, rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles, interaction avec d'autres projets, etc )
- Identifier les organisations et compétences nécessaires à la réalisation du projet et construire le planning prévisionnel
- Chiffrer les budgets et les moyens à mettre en œuvre
- Analyser les risques et les opportunités
- Accompagner à la prise de décision
**Accompagner le projet dans son développement**
- Comprendre et challenger les attentes
- Driver le projet, co/animer les comités de pilotages et participer aux différentes instances
- Optimiser les process et proposer les méthodologies adaptées
- Contrôler le respect des exigences contractuelles et la qualité des livrables
- Mettre en place et actualiser le reporting des indicateurs de suivi du projet (KPI, actualisation budgétaire, mise à jour du planning, suivi des livrables )
- Encadrer la réalisation des projets (élaboration des cahiers de recettes, définir les moyens et méthodes pertinentes, structurer les remontées d'informations, contrôler les plans d'actions correctives et assurer le reporting)
- Construire la communication autour du projet (KPI, état d'avancement, etc )
**Développer, Suivre et apporter des améliorations au projet**
- Ajuster la stratégie d'implémentation du projet
- Accompagner les changements et initier le suivi et le reporting des indicateurs (supports de formation..)
- Superviser la mise en place des instances et veiller au niveau d'expertise de l'équipe dans la maitrise de son outil ou de sa prestation
- Proposer des audits de contrôle et des plans de préventions
- Identifier et diffuser les bonnes pratiques,
