Ton rôle chez CORIS INNOVATION :
- Tu seras en charge du pilotage de ton centre de profit et de l'optimisation de sa rentabilité afin d'en assurer sa croissance
- Tu seras en charge de développer ton plan d'action commercial mais tu seras également acteur dans les choix stratégiques opérationnels de l'entreprise. Tu l'auras compris, nous avons besoin que tu sois force de proposition
- Tu seras en charge du pilotage de l'action commerciale par la fidélisation des clients et partenaires de la région et la recherche de prospects à convaincre. Ce rôle se définit à travers : la prospection, les rencontres, la participation aux réponses à appels d'offres, les propositions, les soutenances, la négociation et le suivi client.
- Tu participeras au recrutement, à l'intégration et au management bienveillant de ton équipe : évolution de carrière, formation, entretien annuel, suivi de projet, cohésion de groupe
- Tu seras de notre dynamique interne par l'échanges avec les entités homologues, le siège mais aussi par ta participation à l'organisation de nos événements internes
