- Conquérir de nouveaux clients au travers d'actions de prospection téléphonique et physique
- Assimiler et comprendre l'environnement technique dans lequel vous allez évoluer.
- Echanger et interpréter les besoins de vos clients sur leurs projets industriels.
- Identifier les talents de demain, les rencontrer et les recruter, afin qu'ils intègrent votre équipe de consultants.
- Faire correspondre les besoins de vos clients avec les envies et les compétences de vos consultants.
- Négocier les contrats avec vos clients (prix, conditions de paiement, clauses de résiliation)
- Définir, avec l'aide de votre coach, l'évolution de votre stratégie commerciale : nouveaux secteurs à prospecter, nouvelles activités, niveaux de marge, etc.
- Gérer une équipe de consultants (gestion de projets, gestion des carrières, management, gestion des cas critiques)
Pour cela, vous serez bien accompagné
- 1ère semaine d'intégration pour apprendre les rudiments du métier
- Accompagnement par un coach sur toutes les étapes de votre activité, aussi longtemps que cela sera nécessaire
- Formation continue : vidéos de formation, mises en situation
