Votre rôle de Head of Regulatory Reporting sera rattaché au Global Head of Innovation, Client Operations, Performance & Reporting et vous ferez partie du département AXA IM Global COO, Performance & Reporting.
Le poste consiste à gérer l'équipe de production des reporting réglementaires transactionnels et non transactionnels.

Vous serez en charge de :
1- La gestion d'une équipe de 13 personnes (3 à Londres, 10 à Paris) en charge du Reporting règlementaire, dont un manager en charge du reporting de transactions et un superviseur en charge des process de reportings non transactionnels :
Organisation de l'équipe et anticipation des besoins de ressourcesGestion des objectifs et du processus d'évaluation et de développement des membres de l'équipeIdentification des opportunités pour élargir l'offre de services Reportings Règlementaires2- La conduite de la production (end to end) et de la livraison dans les délais règlementaires des reportings règlementaires non transactionnels (Rapports Annuels/semi-annuels, KIID/PRIIPS, Solvency 2 (Inventaires S2, QRT, SCR), AIFM, MMF, SFDR) et transactionnels (MIFID, EMIR, SFTR, ASIC) :
Assurer le contrôle et le suivi de la production : Contrôle de la complétude et de la qualité des rapportsRésolution des issues et définition des plans de correctionProduction de KPI et de rapports d'activité au managementAmélioration continue des process et des outils de production : assurer à tout moment l'efficacité du processus de production en visant à ne pas dépasser les délais de production et mettre en place les ajustements nécessaires pour gagner en efficacité.3- La gestion et le pilotage de la gouvernance des prestataires internes et externes : conduire, coordonner, interagir avec les contributeurs internes tels que la gestion, data, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, ainsi que les fournisseurs de services utilisés dans les process de reporting, en particulier (Deloitte, Acolad, Equilend, Traxx/market access, etc.)
4- La gestion et pilotage des projets impliquants des évolutions dans les reportings règlementaires existants ou de nouveaux reportings règlementaires : veille règlementaire et anticipation des évolutions règlementaires. Vous assurez également une contribution active à l'analyse des besoins de reportings règlementaires et contribution active à la phase d'implémentation en tant que Sponsor ou Contributeurs clefs
