Nous recherchons pour notre client Naval Group un/e Superviseur/euse de sous-traitance en électricité (F/H).

Le/la superviseur/euse devra:
1. Préparer la supervision de la sous-traitance du domaine électrique
- Critiquer les barèmes / chiffrages du fournisseur (analyser des écarts par rapport aux
barèmes de référence, challenger le fournisseur sur les écarts, rendre compte au
décisionnaire = valideur de l'offre)
- En tenant compte de son retour d'expérience et de celui des autres interlocuteurs techniques
sur les précédents contrats, faire évoluer voire rédiger le contenu du cahier des charges
techniques afin d'éliminer et/ou anticiper les dysfonctionnements sous la supervision d'un tiers
- Selon les spécificités du domaine technique (coque, chaudronnerie, mécanique, usinage,
électricité, etc), participer à la rédaction pour tout ou partie des instructions et consignes des
procédures qualité
- Définir les actions techniques du plan d'accompagnement de démarrage d'activité du
fournisseur (informations/communications techniques, convocation aux premières opérations
techniques à risques, vérifications de référentiels techniques, etc)
2. Piloter l'exécution de la sous-traitance
- Réaliser les actions techniques du plan d'accompagnement de démarrage d'activité du
fournisseur
- Intervenir en tant qu'appui technique auprès des acteurs internes (industrialisation, supply
chain, soutien de production, etc) et/ou du fournisseur pour résoudre en autonomie les
dysfonctionnements, points bloquants
- Contrôler la véracité des déclarations d'avancement du fournisseur : dans les systèmes
d'information et sur le terrain (bord, atelier), transmettre son analyse au RTE
- Réaliser les actions du plan de surveillance des prestations du fournisseur, en rendre compte
au RTC/RTE (évaluation de leur conformité, proposition d'actions correctives, émission de
fiches d'écarts contractuels)
3. Faire périodiquement le bilan technique de la prestation au RTE/RTC
- Analyser les écarts, le cas échéant proposer le renforcement des actions de vérification et/ou
la réalisation d'actions correctives ou de progrès par le fournisseur ou par Naval Group
- Réaliser les actions de dérisquage techniques qui lui sont attribuées
- Vérifier la véracité des demandes de travaux supplémentaires et les aléas du fournisseur,
challenger le fournisseur (critiquer le chiffrage et rendre compte au décisionnaire)
- Contrôler la qualité de réalisation, y compris les preuves de conformité, pour l'acceptation
des prestations
- Analyser les propositions d'optimisation technique du fournisseur, les approuver ou les faire
approuver
- Fournir une évaluation de la performance qualité / technique du fournisseur dans le cadre du
bilan de prestation achat
- Participer au retour d'expérience des prestations supervisées en formalisant et en
communiquant auprès des parties prenantes et s'en servir pour faire évoluer les cahiers des
charges
Vous devez être titulaire d'un Bac+2 et avoir au moins 3 années d'expérience.
Encadrement hiérarchique et coopération
Sous l'autorité hiérarchique d'un Responsable de service métier ou d'un Responsable
opérationnel,l'emploi participe au bon déroulement et à la réception technique des prestations
sous-traitées.
Il favorise la coopération technique avec le fournisseur.
Connaissances
L'emploi doit avoir des connaissances approfondies :
- Dans l'essentiel de son référentiel métier applicable (chaudronnerie, mécanique, usinage,
coque, etc)
L'emploi doit avoir des connaissances générales :
- En gestion de production
- Dans les processus internes applicables (industrialisation, achat)
- En pilotage de sous-traitance (prescription et contractuelle)
Il dispose d'une expérience avérée dans la spécialité métier concernée (chaudronnerie,
mécanique, usinage, coque, etc).
