Description du poste

Accor recherche actuellement un Coordinateur Customer Technology & Services basé à Evry. En tant que Coordinateur Customer Technology & Services, vous représentez le département Accor Tech auprès d'un porte-feuille d'hôtels partenaires. Vous êtes responsable de la vente et du déploiement de solutions numériques et technologiques conformes aux standards de la marque et alignées avec la stratégie technologique globale au sein de votre région. Vous êtes le garant de la satisfaction client.

MISSIONS :
- Mettre en œuvre un plan de vente adapté à votre portefeuille d'hôtels, en accord avec la feuille de route globale
- Promouvoir les tarifs négociés par Accor auprès des partenaires dans le but de garantir un environnement technologique homogène entre les hôtels partenaires
- Être force de propositions auprès des hôtels dans la mise en place des solutions technologiques (incluant propositions budgétaires, planification et calendrier du projet, coordination et suivi de la mise en œuvre, documents nécessaires (nouvelles constructions, acquisition et exploitation)
- Coordonner et mettre en œuvre les projets technologiques pour les hôtels dont vous avez la charge
- Accompagner dans la conception et le déploiement des nouvelles installations et solutions en coordonnant les fournisseurs locaux.
- Effectuer des visites dans les hôtels, mener des audits de performance technique, auditer les installations techniques, signaler les lacunes existantes et proposer un plan d'actions adapté
- Superviser et coordonner les départements en charge des opérations dans le but de garantir un niveau de prestation à la hauteur des services vendus
- Être garant de la satisfaction clients durant le déploiement des projets au sein des hôtels
- Être garant de la livraison et de la qualité des prestations des fournisseurs et parties prenantes
- Réaliser des rapports de suivi de projets pour les hôtels partenaires afin d'évaluer leur avancement et la qualité des services achetés par les hôtels
- Faire remonter les problèmes identifiés

Qualifications

FORMATION:
- Licence en informatique ou en gestion de l'hôtellerie
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de l'assistance technique ou en gestion de la prestation de services
- Une expérience dans le secteur hôtelier est demandée.
COMPETENCES RECHERCHEES:
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de négociation, d'organisation et de gestion de projet
- Compétences financières et analytiques
- Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais courant, à l'écrit et à l'oral et d'une langue régionale
