Pourquoi ? Parce qu’en France, 11% de la production est gaspillée à la source directement chez nos producteurs français. Un impact environnemental démentiel, mais également un manque à gagner pour le monde agricole…
Notre ambition est de devenir le leader français dans le sourcing et la distribution de ces produits en écart de tri.
Depuis notre lancement en 2021, nous avons conquis plus de 600 clients et écoulé plus de 3300 tonnes de fruits et légumes déclassés, dont 1600 rien qu’en 2023
Nous sommes aujourd’hui 28, et continuons à faire grandir l'équipe.

Construire, manager et animer.
La mission : co-construire la stratégie commerciale et les plans d'action associés, et manager notre équipe de business developer.
- Tu encadreras les forces de vente du développement d’Atypique. (4 personnes pour le moment, avec des recrutements à venir). Les business developer sont en remote sur les zones qu'ils développent (aujourd'hui Lyon, Paris, Lille, Marseille). En tant que manager au leadership reconnu, tu iras à la rencontre de ton équipe et des comptes clés dans des zones stratégiques en France. Le poste, plutôt sédentaire, requiert donc un peu de mobilité : 2 à 4 jours par mois.
- En relation directe avec Thibault (notre cofondateur) sur la stratégie commerciale, tu seras autonome en ce qui concerne le suivi des équipes (KPIs, accompagnement, suivi des pipes, réunions d'équipe) et des process (mise en place de dashboards, de data, de nouveaux challenges,).
L’enjeu de ce poste : tenir le business plan et les KPI’s (de 4 M € de CA à 10 M € de CA en 2024 ) en maintenant une dynamique d’entreprise positive, bienveillante, où l’écoute et l’authenticité contribuent au plaisir de chacun·e à participer à cette grande entreprise.

Nous recherchons une personnalité franchement engagée et qui ait envie de déployer ses compétences commerciales et ses qualités humaines au service d’une cause forte : prévenir le gaspillage alimentaire à la source.
L’ambition n’est pas un gros mot : on parle de volumes. On parle de mettre les mains dans le cambouis. On parle d’insuffler une vision et une dynamique collective pour faire mieux.
Grâce à ton expérience de management commercial, ta connaissance de la vente en gros, ton « esprit de faire » et ta vision stratégique, tu feras l’état des lieux du business pour mettre en œuvre des process permettant une meilleure efficacité quotidienne.
Tu es à l'aise dans la construction de graphiques et tableaux pour mieux piloter tes équipes, mais également les aider dans le suivi de leurs comptes.
Les outils de mass-mailing n'ont pas de secret pour toi, et tu as toujours des idées pour adresser différemment les prospects et répondre à leur besoin. Le mot d'ordre : trouver de nouveaux clients pour en faire des tonnes
Loin du manager qui mène à la baguette, tu as envie de construire une équipe motivée par les mêmes convictions.
