En 2020, nous avons imaginé la première marque de cosmétiques naturels formulés pour rééquilibrer les peaux les plus exigeantes. Nos soins sont certifiés BIO, nos formules enrichies en probiotiques et actifs, nos compositions cleans et respectueuses du pH délicat de la peau.
En presque 4 ans, Krème a connu une croissance fulgurante. Nos produits multi-primés, notés 4,8/5 par nos clients, sont distribués dans 1000 pharmacies, chez Monoprix et sur Internet. Notre aventure est suivie par plus de 100 000 personnes sur les réseaux.

| CONTEXTE
Nous recherchons les talents d’un(e) Social Content Creator en CDI ou FREELANCE pour rejoindre le pôle Communication & Marketing Digital. Rattaché(e) à la Responsable du pôle, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la création de contenus créatifs engageants, fidèles à l’identité de Krème.
| MISSIONS
- Création de contenus engageants : vous imaginez des concepts innovants et préparez nos contenus Instagram & TikTok - vidéos et statiques (feed & stories) en accord avec notre tone of voice.
- Production audiovisuelle : vous filmez des contenus en interne, couvrez nos backstages et organisez des shootings dédiés. Vous assurerez également l’editing complet pour garantir une qualité irréprochable.
- Veille et innovation : vous benchmarkez les dernières tendances en matière de contenus, concepts, musiques et layouts, afin d’imaginer de nouveaux formats innovants.
| PROFIL & COMPÉTENCES
- Vous possédez un portfolio solide et des exemples concrets de votre travail. Une expérience dans le secteur luxe ou skincare est un plus.
- Vous savez shooter, éditer et monter des vidéos, avec des cas pratiques à l’appui.
- Vous maitrisez ces outils d'editing pour assurer la post-production et le montage des contenus : Cap Cut, Canva, InDesign, Photoshop. La connaissance de After Effects est un plus ;
- Vous êtes capable de raconter des histoires captivantes qui engagent et touchent notre audience.
- Vous maîtrisez les codes et tendances des réseaux sociaux et savez comment les exploiter au mieux.
- Vous êtes doté(e) d’une une sensibilité esthétique aigüe, d’un sens graphique pointu et d’une orthographe parfaite ;
- Vous êtes de nature curieuse, que ce soit dans le domaine des nouveaux outils créatifs que des dernières tendances visuelles en beauté et wellness ;
- Vous êtes organisé(e), savez prioriser vos tâches et gérer de nombreux projets simultanément
