Senior Paid Marketing Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Paid Marketing Manager to join a leading contemporary luxury fashion house. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a robust paid media strategy across key platforms, ensuring hands-on execution and optimization of campaigns to drive significant revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and make a tangible impact on the brand’s performance in the competitive luxury space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Paid Media Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This includes platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, Affiliates, and others relevant to a luxury audience.
  • Hands-On Campaign Execution: Take a proactive, hands-on approach to managing and optimizing paid media campaigns daily. The role is not limited to agency oversight but requires direct involvement in campaign setup, performance monitoring, and adjustment to maximize ROI and revenue.
  • Luxury Market Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of the luxury market to tailor paid media campaigns that resonate with high-end consumers, focusing on brand elevation, customer acquisition, and driving quality traffic.
  • TikTok & Emerging Channels: Utilize your experience with TikTok to develop and optimize campaigns that engage luxury consumers in a creative and impactful way, leveraging this platform’s unique features to enhance brand visibility.
  • Budget Oversight & Optimization: Manage and optimize the paid media budget to ensure efficient resource allocation across all channels. Continuously refine strategies to achieve the best return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop detailed reporting frameworks to monitor campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to adjust strategies in real time.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with marketing, digital, and technology teams to ensure that paid media strategies are seamlessly integrated with broader business initiatives. Foster cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment across departments.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis & Troubleshooting: Conduct research, analysis, and troubleshooting as needed to support business objectives, ensuring all campaigns meet the luxury brand’s standards and goals.


Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive Experience: At least 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in an e-commerce environment, ideally with experience in the luxury sector. A proven track record in paid media strategy and execution is essential.
  • Hands-On Expertise: This role requires hands-on experience across all key paid media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and Affiliates. You must be comfortable directly managing and optimizing campaigns without heavy reliance on agencies.
  • Luxury Market Insight: Deep understanding of how to attract and engage luxury consumers through paid media, ensuring campaigns are aligned with high-end brand positioning and resonate with discerning audiences.
  • TikTok Experience: Proven experience running successful paid campaigns on TikTok, with a focus on engaging luxury audiences and driving performance in a creative, brand-centric way.
  • Budget Management: Strong financial acumen to manage significant paid media budgets, ensuring a high return on investment through strategic allocation and ongoing optimization.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience in establishing and tracking KPIs, with the ability to turn data insights into actionable improvements. Strong skills in campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent collaboration skills to work with various teams, from marketing to technology, ensuring smooth integration of paid media efforts. Ability to communicate complex paid media strategies in an accessible way.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing campaigns and ensuring they meet the luxury market's high standards for quality and performance.
