In this context, we are looking for a High Voltage Engineering Expert.
Job Description of position High Voltage Engineering Expert:
Pre-sale support:
Takes technical responsibility tendering activities on all topics related to the MV/HV engineering and/or PMS/SCADA, prior to the development of new projects to support the sales team in their missions.
Able to challenge the pricing from subcontractors based on the technical skills on MV/HV.
RTE communication:
Supervises with system operator (TSO & DSO) all connection procedures (management and follow-up of administrative requests), grid connection agreement but also other DSO/STO agreements like substation planning agreement and power-line planning agreement, negotiation of timing and cost ·
Project delivery: Ensures the technical interface with the customer and development teams in the delivery phase of projects.
Able to lead project MV/HV engineering design and service delivery
Requirements : • Bac + 5 or equivalent in electrical engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience involving technical (and commercial) subjects, in the energy sector (Energy Storage, PV)
• Strong Knowledge of French Grid Codes & RTE processes is mandatory (fiches E, I, F, …)
• Strong Knowledge and experience in all voltage levels (MV/HTA, HV/HTB) is mandatory
• Knowledge of different energy storage applications would be a plus (energy shifting, frequency regulation,..)
• Demonstrates engineering as well as site/works experience in grid connection to TSO (DSO optional) network
• PMS/SCADA knowledge
• Leadership, interpersonal well-being and teamwork
• Fluent in French and English is mandatory, additional languages welcome
