We are looking for an Enterprise Architect who can develop and manage the CX Solutions and Services portfolio in our French and European retail client base.

In this role you will translate complex technical and data concepts into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and facilitate decision making amongst key stakeholders.


The role is to extend the customer base of retail clients and promote the Fujitsu and partner offerings around:

- Omni Channel Services - Personalized Marketing Services - Advanced Store Operations - Enterprise Integrated Management Platform - Sustainable Supply Chain Optimization - Value Exchange Platform


Our offering aims to improve consumer experience, optimize sales, and increase customer value with a strong emphasis on sustainability and traceability in the value chain. The current portfolio is the foundation of a highly innovative roadmap that will bring and keep our retail customer base in leadership positions.



About the role;

  • Development of the CX business according to priorities defined by the global portfolio & the countries:
  • Adapt solutions to the market in France and other European markets by working closely with our global portfolio,
  • Participate in sales & marketing events to promote our offering,
  • Lead our retail clients on their transformational journeys.
  • Strategic leadership on retail transformations:
  • Design and implement enterprise-wide architectures that support client’s goals,
  • Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between systems, applications, and platforms,
  • Able to facilitate key decision making during the execution of the program.
  • Support the continued development of the Fujitsu offering:
  • Bring market feedback into the product and services offering to have a continued development of the offerings,
  • Support with prioritization of the development of the portfolio,
  • Ensure portfolio promotion for the region.


Your profile;

  • Ability to guide retail clients on their digital journey, bring high-value solutions and services together,
  • Proven experience in the retail ecosystem in Europe with enterprise clients.
  • Business- or engineering degree, with equivalent relevant experience of a minimum of 10 years. Good understanding of retail solutions and services.
  • Strong understanding of retail data models and business processes is crucial, including a comprehensive knowledge of forecasting, planning, and inventory management systems specific to the retail industry.
  • Expected to have excellent and proven technical & business understanding of CX offerings.
  • Being a critical thinker and highly adaptive and able to work within rapidly evolving retail landscape.
  • Expertise in areas like cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity is a big plus.
