Role Overview:


The BigFix Sales Specialist is an exciting opportunity within HCL’s rapidly growing software business. In this role, you will capitalize on the demand for BigFix, our premier endpoint security management platform. You will collaborate regularly with clients, resellers, BigFix Technical Advisors, HCL Client Success Teams, and HCL Channels teams.

As a BigFix Hunter, you will lead sales efforts for your assigned region and clients, focusing on building a pipeline and achieving sales targets. You will act as a subject matter expert for BigFix, enabling, evangelizing, and directing customers to various solutions that address their business challenges. Additionally, you will serve as a complex deal coach and/or executive sponsor on key opportunities, utilizing your industry-specific knowledge to deliver insights that drive new business.


What You’ll Do:


  • Identify and acquire new customers (net new logos) for BigFix.
  • Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and business partners to drive new sales and expand existing business.
  • Work directly with sales teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs while supporting product-specific strategies.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels within the customer and partner organizations to grow market share.
  • Provide ongoing sales direction and leadership while consistently delivering on quotas.
  • Manage an entire territory, which may require extensive travel (
