Contexte
Cotée au CAC 40, Kering a construit un solide réseau de centre de services partagés dédié à la finance, couvrant l'ensemble des maisons présentes dans les principales régions du Groupe. L'activité de Kering Finance Shared Services s'articule autour des activités suivantes : MDM (Master Data Management) / OTC (Order to Cash) / PTP (Procure to Pay) / RTR (Record to Reporting) / FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis).
Cette structure et cette gouvernance communes favorisent l'harmonisation des processus et le partage des meilleures pratiques entre les zones géographiques, permettant à Kering de devenir un groupe de luxe intégré. A noter que Kering Finance Shared Services a initié une transformation globale pour réinventer et rationaliser les processus - ce projet s'appuie sur d'importants investissements technologiques et s'étendra sur plusieurs années.
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Financial Analyst pour intégrer l'équipe Shared Services Finance.
Votre opportunité
Au sein de l'équipe FP&A - Financial Planning and Analysis, vous aurez pour principale mission d'assurer une remontée qualitative des données financières dans l'outil de consolidation, pour les entités comprises dans votre périmètre et selon les normes comptables IFRS. Vous serez également responsable du suivi budgétaire, en lien avec les contrôleurs des maisons.
Comment vous allez contribuer
Remontée des liasses :
Porter un regard critique sur la qualité des comptes
Mettre en évidence les anomalies et effectuer les corrections nécessaires
Assurer un rendu conforme aux normes comptables dans les délais imposés
Fournir des analyses de qualité aux contrôleurs des maisons
Identifier les zones d'amélioration du processus et mener des actions correctives
Suivi budgétaire :
Garantir la fiabilité des données dans l'outil budgétaire
Effectuer le suivi des écarts budget / réalisé
Accompagner les contrôleurs des maisons dans l'analyse des divergences
Qui vous êtes
Vous êtes issu d'un Bac +5 en comptabilité-gestion (CCA / DSCG), finance ou domaine connexe. Vous avez une première expérience soit en cabinet d'audit et/ou expertise comptable, soit dans un environnement d'entreprise internationale. Une expérience de travail en Centre de Services Partagés serait un plus.
Vous avez une bonne capacité d'analyse des processus et flux comptables. Vous savez vous adapter au sein d'une équipe en pleine évolution, et êtes capable de comprendre et participer à la création et à l'évolution des procédures en place. Vous avez l'habitude de délivrer dans des délais serrés.
Vous avez la maîtrise d'un ERP (idéalement SAP), d'un logiciel de consolidation (idéalement HFM) et vous avez des compétences solides sur la suite Office, notamment Excel.
Un bon niveau d'anglais est requis, à l'oral et à l'écrit. Une deuxième langue européenne serait un plus.
