They are currently seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to spearhead solutions for one of their major clients in the Parisian region. This project promises to be both challenging and highly valuable.
Role Overview:
As a Technical Service Delivery Manager (TSDM), you play a crucial role in enhancing user experience and ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that exceed customer expectations. From tracking to analysis to resolution of operational issues, your expertise ensures reliable and seamless service delivery, ultimately driving customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do:
- Offer advanced technical consultancy to improve service delivery
- Analyze incident and activity reports to identify areas for improvement
- Provide accurate reports to executive teams on company performance
- Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders for effective communication
- Manage mid-major service/technical escalations in collaboration with IT directors
- Collaborate with technical design/product teams on different requests
- Participate in business requests, preparing technical RFPs, RFOs, RFQs
- Manage service/change management synchronization between external customers and internal teams
- Facilitate continuous training for internal team members, external partners, and customers
- Provide regular and accurate statements of work, detailing all operational stages, to involved parties
Who You Are:
- Exceptional customer-facing skills
- Proficiency in leading physical and virtual teams
- In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and service delivery disciplines
- Efficient task management and prioritization
- Solid technical troubleshooting experience
- Solid technical background in Engineering for TCP-IP | Networks
- Proactive attitude
- Experience managing service and operational level agreements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or relevant IT degree
- Mastery of ITIL principles or similar
- Network vendor technical certifications
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Enthusiastic with a great attitude towards learning
- High standard of written and spoken English with attention to detail
