Type: Full-Time
Arik Levy, an internationally renowned artist and designer, is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail to support Arik in both his professional and personal endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Art Gallery Logistics Management: Organize and coordinate transportation and shipping of the artworks, dealing with customs and regulations, inventory management, exhibition and loan management, documentation and compliance, insurance and claims management.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of art and design projects, liaising with clients, galleries, and collectors.
- Personal Assistance: Handle personal errands and tasks as needed.
- Travel Arrangements:*Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing exhibitions, openings, and other events.
- Multitasking
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, preferably in the art and design industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of ArtBinder (art gallery management software) appreciated
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed.
- A passion for art and design is a plus.
