Nous recherchons d'un Responsable des Installations motivé avec 5 à 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle et une solide formation technique (électricité et/ou CVC). La mission consiste à diriger les opérations de services techniques et de support sur un site de 8000 m², et à gérer deux collaborateurs directs ainsi que des fournisseurs.

Objectifs Du Poste:
  • Gestion des opérations du site
  • Gestion/reporting du budget et reporting, émission de bons de commande
  • Prestation de services pour exploiter et entretenir les propriétés, y compris la gestion financière, technique, de maintenance, d'approvisionnement et gestion des fournisseurs.
  • Développer une vision et un partenariat avec les principaux représentants du client et tous les principaux fournisseurs/prestataires de services du site.
  • Maintenir une communication régulière et tenir informé les parties prenantes du client sur site.
  • Gestion de projet

DEVOIRS ET RESPONSABILITÉS
  • Se familiariser et respecter les termes du cahier des charges tels que définis dans le contrat-cadre.
  • Comprendre les exigences opérationnelles et techniques du site et s'assurer que les contrats en cours sont à jour et garantissent les fournitures et les services nécessaires.
  • Examiner et procéder à des vérifications sur site afin de s'assurer que les fournisseurs/prestataires de services respectent leurs obligations contractuelles envers le client.
  • Veiller à ce que le site soit bien entretenu et correctement meublé/équipé pour fonctionner avec une efficacité optimale.
  • S'assurer que les travaux PPM/Statutaires et les équipements associés sont correctement planifiés, entretenus et signalés.
  • Veiller à ce que tous les environnements de travail répondent aux normes EH&S requises.
  • Veiller à ce que des inspections détaillées des sols soient régulièrement effectuées et rapportées en temps opportun
  • Veiller à ce que le système de bons de travail (Corrigo) soit maintenu efficacement pour la rectification de tout équipement/service défectueux et veiller à ce que ceux-ci soient traités sans délai.
  • Collaborer en tant que membre clé de l'équipe pour répondre aux situations d'urgence et aux besoins soudains
  • Mettre en place des solutions de continuité des opérations en cas d'absence d'un membre d'équipe du compte client
  • Établir et entretenir une relation étroite et un modèle de communication solide avec le client, les parties prenantes locales et les employés du client
  • Assurer la liaison étroite avec les représentants du client sur place pour résoudre les problèmes et/ou améliorer les performances de l'environnement de travail
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes des services généraux, à la fois au sein du compte Merck et dans son extension plus large à Jones Lang LaSalle.
  • Mise en œuvre et coordination des initiatives, processus et procédures pour atteindre les objectifs et les budgets opérationnels des comptes, suivre et rendre compte des résultats et des réalisations conformément aux exigences contractuelles
  • Soutenir le déploiement d'initiatives mondiales ou régionales en collaborant de manière proactive avec les membres de l'équipe dédiés

SPÉCIFICATIONSDES EMPLOYÉS:

COMPÉTENCES CLÉES
  • Solides compétences interpersonnelles pour gérer un large éventail de prestataires de services et de représentants du client
  • Diplôme en électricité - Ayant effectué un apprentissage reconnu dans le domaine de l'électricité
  • Solides connaissances et compétences en matière d'équipement CVC (Chauffage, Ventilation et Climatisation)
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer quotidiennement des questions opérationnelles diverses et complexes.
  • Connaissance pratique des réglementations EH&S
  • Capacité avérée à comprendre et interpréter les contrats commerciaux
  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale
  • Capacité à gérer des situations ambiguës et à résoudre des problèmes complexes
  • Solides compétences informatiques (Microsoft Office)
  • Compréhension de base du système comptable et du processus budgétaire
