E, tant que SDM, vous êtes l'interface entre les métiers et les équipes techniques, et vous serez en charge de :- Garantir la qualité de service et les engagements de l'entreprise (SLAs, contrats) - Effectuer le suivi quotidien des incidents, des problèmes et des changements- Communiquer sur l'impact et les délais de résolution des incidents au client - Rédaction de compte rendu post incidents- Produire des reportings réguliers sur l'activité - Mettre en place des cellules de crises suivant la criticité des incidents
Profil
Diplômé d'un Bac +4/5 en informatique, vous maitrisez l'anglais et possédez une expérience d'au moins 7 ans (sur un poste au départ dans la production IT puis en tant que SDM par la suite depuis au moins 2 ans). Votre expérience vous a appris à délivrer les services au regard des éléments contractuels, à manipuler quotidienne des indicateurs et du reporting associé, et à posséder une bonne compréhension d'un système d'information complexe.Pour réussir dans ce poste la connaissance production et des infrastructures est impérative. Une certification ITIL serait un plus.
Rigoureux et méthodique, vous possédez une communication orale et écrite efficace et vous savez être diplomatie dans la relation client.
