Notre client , SEMANTIWEB (groupe EDG), acteur majeur du social listening en France et à l’international depuis plus de 10 ans, recherche son/sa directeur/rice technique (CTO).


L’équipe technique est composée de 10 personnes (développeurs, architectes, dba, product owners, sémanticiens et ingénieurs linguistes) et travaille sur tous les projets de l’entreprise, aussi bien pour les besoins internes des équipes de consultants et d’analystes que sur les besoins des clients de Semantiweb. L'équipe technique identifie, analyse, extrait, structure, stocke et qualifie les données provenant du web et des réseaux sociaux en automatisant ces processus. Elle conçoit ses propres outils et développe des plateformes SaaS à destination des annonceurs.


Les missions sont variées et ambitieuses :

  • Définir la stratégie d’innovation produit de l’entreprise et élaborer la roadmap pour la mettre en place
  • Déployer des projets visant à optimiser le produit au sein de son organisation ou implémenter de nouvelles technologies au sein de ses process et systèmes d'information, en particulier accompagner l’intégration de l’IA gen dans l’évolution des plateformes techniques de la société
  • Développer et mettre en place les outils d’industrialisation (ingénierie logicielle) permettant à SEMANTIWEB de garantir la qualité de sa production et d’envisager une augmentation importante des traitements;
  • Assurer également une veille technologique pour détecter les nouvelles technologies disponibles et saisir leur potentiel éventuel.‍
  • Manager l’équipe technique et maintenir le niveau de compétence de l’équipe
  • Interagir avec le top management et l’ensemble des équipes
  • Organiser et gérer les partenariats techniques et la sous-traitance ;
  • Garantir la sécurité des installations et des plateformes informatiques, le respect des normes RGPD et des engagements contractuels en cybersécurité ;
  • Traiter et suivre les contrats en cours et les réponses à appels d’offres, pour le marché français mais aussi européen et USA
  • Contribuer à la stratégie de l’entreprise en apportant son expertise et sa connaissance technique, en tant que membre du top management.


Vous bénéficiez de :

  • Diplôme d’un BAC+ 5 en ingénierie avec une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans le rôle de CTO
  • Une forte expertise technique IS et IT: fort d’une solide expérience de 10 ans minimum dans le domaine du développement informatique, l’ingénierie logicielle, l’administration système (Linux /Windows), le pilotage de projet AGILE et le déploiement de solutions ; mais aussi une expertise certaine dans les différents langages python/PHP et les frameworks de développement, appliqués au SI, au big data, à l’IA, au cloud et aux développements WEB/SaaS/DaaS.
  • Une connaissance du TALN/NLP
  • Une bonne connaissance des outils d’IAgen
  • Les qualités d’un manager capable d’encadrer, motiver, mais aussi former ses équipes de développeurs…. Vous êtes capable également d’interagir avec le management et l’ensemble des équipes
  • De connaissances en data analyse et consumer intelligence : connaissance du marché, de la concurrence afin d’identifier les changements qui feront la différence sur le plan technique et être force de proposition.

  • Culture internationale, anglais courant et professionnel
  • Une appétence business en plus de la partie tech pour une implication dans la direction des produits en développement mais aussi les futures transformations internes de SEMANTIWEB


Lieu : dans des bureaux, au centre de Paris, au 103, Boulevard Haussmann, 75008 PARIS (Ligne 9, 13, RER A et E) avec deux jours de télétravail possible par semaine.
