Continuous Improvement Project Manager Rcs H/F

As part of the Richemont Customer Service France team, and reporting directly to the Department Manager, you will play an active part in the life of the platform by leading projects designed to optimize organization and performance by applying a continuous improvement approach. You will BE the platform's point of reference for lean projects and repair workflows.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Key responsibility 1 : KPI's management
- Monitor business KPIs (lead time, quality, efficiency, service level, etc.) on a regular basis
- Set up and distribute reports (automated if possible)
- Lead daily platform performance meetings
- Analyze results and alert on critical points
- Provide ad hoc studies and status updates
- Mastery of IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, PowerBI) and data processing is essential

Key responsibility 2 : Continuous improvement projects
- Lead continuous improvement and process optimization projects, ensuring alignment with Group guidelines from planning to implementation and measurement of results. Monitor associated budgets (including orders)
- Set up problem reporting and resolution routines
- Create and maintain procedures (new workflows, workstations, use of tools, maintenance, etc.)
- Identify areas for improvement or non-value-added tasks, suggest solutions and support team members in implementing them
- Communicate the follow-up of platform projects to managers on a regular basis
- For all these projects, systematically associate measures of gains, during and at the end of projects. Adjust projects if necessary.
- Create and cultivate a team dynamic around the continuous improvement approach. Unite and collect requests and constraints from the people concerned. Validate with managers and escalate alert points.
- Coordinate any space reorganization required as part of improvement projects, in conjunction with the managers concerned and the Work Environment Department. Coordinate the purchase of any technical equipment required.

Key responsibility 3 : Implement and maintain 5S standards
- Efficiently organize access to tools, supplies and equipment
- Optimize workstations
- Train teams to adopt 5S standards
- Create standards and train teams in these standards

Key responsibility 4 : Participation in collective platform tasks
- Close safes and set alarms during assigned weeks

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- Bac +5 degree in engineering
- Bilingual English, 3rd language appreciated
- 1-3 years corporate experience in a similar role desirable
- Technical and personal skills / abilities

This position involves interacting with different teams (managers, technicians, administrative staff, suppliers) and therefore requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as well as an analytical and results-oriented mindset.
