Vous renforcerez le pôle « Facturation Clients : Process et Data », qui assure la qualité de données facturables sur la production mensuelle de 130 000 pièces. Ce pôle met en place les contrôles pré et post facturation, et accompagne les clients internes dans la mise en oeuvre des projets stratégiques. À travers vos missions, vous :
- Projets fonctionnels :
- Analyserez les besoins fonctionnels en collaboration avec les métiers en avant-projet
- Contribuerez à la mise en place des projets transverses
- Allez définir les jeux de recette et les résultats attendus
- Réaliserez la recette de bout en bout et piloterez la recette métier en collaboration avec les stakeholders, les testeurs et les développeurs
- Facturation clients :
- Effectuerez les simulations et les traitements de facturation (Loyer, Carburant, Véhicule d'occasion)
- Optimisation :
- Veillerez à l'optimisation des procédures internes et proposer des axes d'amélioration
- Coopération :
- Garantirez un accueil de qualité et une réponse professionnelle aux sollicitations internes et externes
- Accompagnerez les clients internes : apporter une expertise liée à la facturation de nos clients
- Participerez aux ateliers avec les clients internes, en amont et en aval de la facturation
Vous avez des interactions avec le pôle Dématérialisation fiscale, garant du fonctionnement technique des émissions de factures et le support clients.
L'ensemble est garant de la qualité Arval de facturation « de bout en bout ».
Notre équipe est présente sur 2 sites, Rueil Malmaison et St Grégoire (en banlieue de Rennes).
Votre QG est à St Grégoire, avec la possibilité d'assurer une partie de vos activités en télétravail.

Êtes-vous notre prochain Business Analyst Customer Invoicing pour ARVAL ?
Oui si vous disposez d'un Bac +5 vous justifiez de 3 années d'expérience minimum en informatique de gestion / gestion de projets. Vous disposez impérativement de connaissances techniques en analyse de données SQL. Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office (surtout Excel) et vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais car l'international sera votre terrain de jeu
