Quelles sont les missions ?

Vos missions seront les suivantes :
-Déployer les accords-cadres signés au niveau Groupe auprès des sites des clients grands comptes présents sur votre secteur
-Elargir au sein de ces grands comptes en portefeuille la vente de produits et services : rencontrer les interlocuteurs clés et identifier les projets porteurs de nouvelles opportunités de business
-Avec l'aide du bureau d'études, assurer le chiffrage de vos propositions dans une logique de ROI
-En accord avec la politique commerciale et de marque, définir une stratégie de développement sur votre secteur
-A l'écoute des besoins et attentes de vos client, et avec le support des services technique et ingénierie internes, élaborer et proposer de nouveaux projets à valeur ajoutée aux clients
-Assurer le suivi des essais et la mise au point des produits et services proposés
-Partager les opportunités de business et bonnes pratiques avec vos homologues en France et à l'international.

Quel est le profil idéal ?

De profil confirmé, vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation technique orientée mécanique et disposez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans la vente de produits techniques à l'industrie dans le secteur des pièces mécaniques (outils spéciaux, machines sur lignes...) auprès de clients industriels utilisant des process d'usinage ou assimilés. Vous faites preuve d'excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, d'une appétence pour le développement commercial pro-actif et pour la vente de produits sur plan auprès d'interlocuteurs clés (services techniques, production, achats). De la rigueur, une forte orientation clients, un attrait pour la négociation, des capacités d'organisation et le sens des priorités vous définissent, de même que votre ouverture d'esprit et votre intérêt pour l'analyse et la compréhension du marché.
La maitrise des outils informatique type suite Office et CRM est nécessaire et une pratique opérationnelle de l'anglais sera un plus.
Votre temps sera partagé entre déplacements courts et fréquents et home office, vous êtes idéalement localisé au coeur du secteur proposé.
