VOS MISSIONS

En tant que Workday HCM Project Manager, vous aurez pour mission de participer activement au développement de la practice en collaboration avec le Practice Lead, vos missions seront les suivantes :

Direction de projet :

  • Préparer et animer les comités de projet et s'assurer de la réalisation des actions décidées
  • Superviser et coordonner l'activité des membres de l'équipe projet
  • Assurer la gestion du calendrier de réalisation, le suivi budgétaire et la rentabilité du projet
  • Vérifier le respect des exigences des clients et les engagements pris
  • Anticiper et gérer les risques techniques, financiers, juridiques et contractuels des projets
  • Piloter la relation-client en maintenant une relation de confiance et de long terme

Expertise et Management :

  • Avant-vente (démonstration, réponse technico-fonctionnelle aux appels d'offres, ...)
  • Cadrage de projet (Planning, Organisation, Indicateurs de pilotage, Plan Assurance Qualité)
  • Encadrement d'une équipe projet en clientèle (coordination des travaux de l'équipe projet, la charge de travail, et du budget alloué)
  • Participation à des projets internes, au recrutement et au développement des collaborateurs
VOS ATOUTS
  • Vous disposez d'une expérience significative de 5 ans au minimum dans la mise en place de solutions RH (Workday dans l'idéal) et dans un contexte international
  • Vous avez la capacité de créer une relation et de mener des projets en partenariat avec les différentes parties prenantes avec lesquelles vous travaillez
  • Vous parlez anglais courant vous permettra d'intervenir dans un environnement international
  • Vous êtes certifié Workday, en particulier sur HCM
