Quelles sont les missions ?
Nos consommateurs sont omnicanaux pour leurs achats et le digital prend de plus en plus de place, on complète la mission avec un volet spécifique sur le drive & le digital:
* En relai de l'équipe e-commerce, tu participes à l'animation des équipes enseignes sur le sujet du drive particulièrement
* Tu participes à la mise en place du e-category management en adaptant les recommandations du e-commerce manager par leviers business aux objectifs des enseignes (assortiment, promotion, e-Merchandising)
* Tu assures la mise en oeuvre du " Perfect Online Store " par client
* Tu coordonnes les différents touchpoint clients et préparation des supports pour les équipes clients
* Tu participes activement à l'organisation de journée e-commerce
Missions :
* Tu analyses la performance des catégories et de nos marques dans les enseignes et dans les circuits
* Tu recommandes des plans d'actions correctifs ou d'accélération pour nous rendre plus visible
* Tu crées et optimises les outils de reporting - c'est toi qui as la main pour nous proposer des choses
* Tu t'assures de la mise à jour des outils pour que nos partners internes puissent permettre aux produits d'arriver en magasin
* Tu participes à la préparation de nos rdv clients pour mettre nos équipes de négos dans les meilleures conditions de succès
Quel est le profil idéal ?
? De formation Bac +4/5 type ESC ou équivalent, tu as une expérience de Category Management
? Tu maîtrises les panels
? Bonne connaissance de la grande distribution
? Rigoureux et réactif, tu as des qualités d'analyse, de synthèse et de priorisation.
? Tu as un bon relationnel et un pouvoir de conviction
? Tu es disponible à partir du 1er juillet
