Quelles sont les missions ?
Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client, un groupe du secteur des sports et loisirs basé à Paris, un HR Business Partner pour gérer la population commerciale H/F.
Les principales responsabilités du HR Business Partner H/F sont les suivantes :
* Déploiement de la politique RH et accompagnement des opérationnels ;
* Mise en ?uvre la politique de recrutement : de la définition d'une stratégie de recrutement à l'intégration des nouveaux salariés embauchés ;
* Développement RH : organisation de la mobilité interne, formation, gestion et développement des talents, stratégie de rémunération, marque employeur ;
* Relations avec les IRP et application du droit social ;
* Participation à des projets transverses.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure bac+5 en ressources humaines/écolé de commerce, vous avez une expérience confirmée en recrutement de profils IT et 5 ans minimum sur un poste de RRH.
De bonnes connaissances en droit social, et une bonne maitrise des outils RH sont également nécessaires pour réussir sur ce poste.
Vous apprécier le travail en équipe, et faites preuve d'une excellente communication orale et écrite en vue de tisser des relations de qualité avec l'ensemble des interlocuteurs de l'entreprise (Directions régionales, DRH essentiellement).
Vous disposez d'une capacité d'écoute optimale afin de prendre en considération les attentes et les besoins des opérationnels. Vous savez faire preuve de rigueur, êtes force de proposition et avez également le recul nécessaire sur les situations pour avoir la capacité de prendre des décisions.
