Quelles sont les missions ?
Missions :
* Développez et maintenez une stratégie de documentation complète. Exemple : Exigences de conformité, les normes industrielles, le choix et l'alimentation des outils de documentation et l'outillage,
* Collaborez avec l'UX pour produire et maintenir une documentation compréhensible pour usage externe. Exemple : manuels d'utilisation, de guides, de FAQ et de ressources d'aide en ligne,
* Collaborez avec les Développeurs et les Product Managers pour produire de la documentation technique à l'usage interne. Exemple : Des diagrammes d'architecture, la documentation de l'API, des diagrammes de flux de données et toute autre information technique nécessaire à la compréhension de l'équipe,
* Mettez en place un outil de gestion de contenu pour organiser et centraliser la documentation,
* Mettez en place un contrôle de versions pour la documentation afin de suivre les changements et les mises à jour afin de permettre de conserver un historique et de s'assurer de leurs disponibilités,
* Assurez la liaison entre les utilisateurs finaux, l'assistance à la clientèle et l'équipe de développement afin de recueillir les commentaires sur la documentation,
* Formez les membres de l'équipe et les parties prenantes à l'utilisation des outils de documentation et à la création de la documentation.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Vous êtes issue d'une formation dans le domaine de la rédaction technique. Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle idéalement auprès d'éditeurs de logiciels SaaS. Au moins une expérience préalable en tant que Rédacteur Technique/Technical Writer serait fortement appréciée à cette position.
Vous connaissez les outils suivants : Git, OpenAPI standard, Markdown, Mermaid, UML, Miro, Confluence...

Notre client est à la recherche de son prochain " Knowledge Manager " au sein de ses équipes produit (3 personnes).
Dans un environnement agile scrum, vous serez responsable de définir et mettre en place la stratégie documentaire ainsi que de diffuser les bonnes pratiques dans toute l'entreprise. Vous travaillerez également avec toutes les équipes (produits, techniques, opérations, commerciales...) pour produire et aider à la production de notre documentation interne et externe.
