Ultra High-resolution 3D scanning, digitization, and bespoke archival solutions are some of the specific services Crozier's affiliation with Iron Mountain affords.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY...

The Account Manager / Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring adequate and appropriate coordination of all customer projects in line with agreed pricing, targets and timelines. The role will work closely with all other Crozier departments to ensure that potential future opportunities are maximized and target sales revenue and gross margin is achieved in line with annual budgets. This role will also actively support the sales team, by taking in charge all the process related to new revenue with existing customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES...

Lead, train, coach & cultivate the technicians team with an emphasis on providing proactive solutions to meet client needs

Ensure all client communications are immediately and effectively addressed and any problems are resolved quickly and effectively

Ensure all tenders and estimates are submitted in a timely manner

Manage complex projects to ensure client needs are met or negotiated in line with company capabilities and processes, and within budgets and time frames

Liaise with all departments to ensure storage, packing, shipping and transport methods are accurate and in line with client requirements and Crozier's best practices

Maintain and proactively seek opportunities to network and attend events to engage with new clients and expand opportunities for new work

Ensure invoicing is carried out promptly and work with the finance function to ensure payment terms are adhered to, communicating with the client if required

Ensure knowledge of clients activities are up to date and relevant to our business

Ensure the team are updating company systems, including job logging and shipping documents and Salesforce

Encourage a collaborative environment with all team members and departments
