EN TANT QUE VÉRITABLE RESPONSABLE DE CENTRE DE PROFIT, LE RÔLE DU
GENERAL MANAGER (H/F), EST D'ASSURER LA GESTION COMPLÈTE DU
RESTAURANT.
Vous aurez les missions suivantes :
* Être en charge de l'organisation de l'ensemble des pôles
opérationnels, financiers et humains ;
* Garantir le respect des standards de la marque et des normes
d'hygiène ;
* Définir et mettre en place les plans d'actions nécessaires à la
bonne gestion du restaurant ;
* Développer la rentabilité de votre restaurant et la satisfaction
de vos clients ;
* Développer les compétences et performances de votre équipe (15
à 70 personnes) ;
* Analyser vos chiffres et atteindre les objectifs et résultats
fixés.

Quel est le profil idéal ?
VOUS JUSTIFIEZ D'AU MOINS 1 AN D'EXPÉRIENCE SUR UN POSTE DE MANAGER /
DIRECTION EN RESTAURATION RAPIDE OU TRADITIONNELLE, DE PRÉFÉRENCE EN
CHAÎNE.
Vous êtes une personne réactive, adaptable et dotée d'une aisance
relationnelle et de leadership.
Vous avez de réelles capacités à impulser une bonne cohésion
d'équipe et à garantir un bon climat social. Vous savez être
exigeant et bienveillant.
FIXE + VARIABLE ATTRACTIF.
