Quelles sont les missions ?

Vous aurez pour missions principales :Gérer les demandes entrantes des clients par mail et chat sur notre outil Intercom ;Être garant de la satisfaction de nos clients ;Faire le lien entre les clients et l'équipe Customer Success : un client demande un rendez-vous spécifique, il a besoin de revoir son abonnement, redirige le vers le responsable du compte ;Optimiser et améliorer la performance de notre support client grâce à des échanges réguliers avec l'équipe Customer Success ;Être garant de l'évolution et de la mise à jour de notre centre d'aide : nous attachons une attention toute particulière à l'autonomie de nos clients en leur mettant à disposition du contenu à jour concernant l'utilisation du logiciel.

Quel est le profil idéal ?

Vous êtes le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) si :Tu es reconnu(e) pour tes qualités relationnelles, tu aimes être au contact des clients ;Tu es incollable en orthographe et en syntaxe, ton expression écrite est parfaite ;Tu es rigoureux(se) & hyper organisé(e), tu es capable de gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle et suivre des priorités changeantes dans des délais serrés ;Tu es énergique, tu ne lâches jamais rien et restes bienveillant(e) et empathique en toute situation ;Tu sais faire preuve de curiosité, cela t'amuse de te frotter à des nouveaux sujets, même complexes et pouvoir les expliquer simplementVous êtes éligible à une formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 (diplôme validé ou en cours de validation)

Rémunération selon niveau d'études + âge
