En tant qu'Alternant(e) Gestionnaire RH, vous rejoindrez la Banque de Financement et d'Investissement.
Vous accompagnerez la plateforme intégrée Global Markets, comprenant les fonctions Front office (métiers du trading, de la vente, de la structuration, ...) qui propose une approche multi produits sur l'ensemble des classes d'actifs. L'objectif de cette plateforme est de proposer des solutions de qualité en matière d'investissement et de gestion des risques aux gestionnaires d'actifs, fonds de pension, entreprises, banques privées, assurances, hedge funds, family offices, fonds souverains et distributeurs à travers le monde.
Concrètement, et sous la supervision de votre tuteur(rice) et/ou votre manager, vous serez amené(e) à :
- Contribuer au recrutement et animer la communauté de stagiaires et alternants (environ 150/an) ;
- Participer activement à la mise en oeuvre de projets RH pour accompagner le développement de notre plateforme (développement d'un programme destiné à notre population juniors, nouvelles méthodes de recrutements de nos stagiaires, ...) ;
- Supporter les HRBPs dans leurs missions au quotidien (recrutement, mobilité...) ;
- Participer aux campagnes RH (fixation des objectifs et des évaluations, formation...) .
Profil recherché
- Vous êtes étudiant(e) de niveau Bac+4/5 en école de Commerce, d'Ingénieur ou Université avec une spécialisation en Ressources Humaines.
- Vous disposez d'une première expérience en RH ? C'est tout à votre avantage
- Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se) , vous avez une bonne gestion des priorités et avez la capacité à travailler sur des tâches différentes de façon simultanée
- Vous avez un bon relationnel et êtes à l'aise à l'oral comme à l'écrit
- Vous êtes créatif (ve) et la gestion de projet vous intéresse
- Vous êtes curieux, dynamique et faite preuve de capacité d'écoute
