En tant que membre de l' equipe de gestion de projets de developpement et de services d'Eni Plenitude Renewables Spain SLU, vous serez responsable de ce qui suit :
• Gestion de l'equipe du chef de projet
• Developpement complet du projet : validation des terrains identifies par l'equipe de sourcing, obtention des permis (obtention de toutes les autorisations necessaires a la construction et a l'exploitation de la centrale photovoltaique), evaluation de la pre-faisabilite et de la faisabilite des projets, et mise en place d'un business case.
• Gestion des relations avec les parties prenantes du projet, y compris les proprietaires fonciers, les municipalites locales, la DDT, la DREAL, le SDIS, etc.
• Preparation des appels d'offres et soumission des offres (AO CRE et tout autre appel d'offres).
• Coordonner avec :
o L'equipe de developpement commercial situee en France en charge du sourcing des terrains (validation des terrains, aide a la negociation, offres commerciales, etc.)
o Le departement financier : business plan des projets, budget, suivi des besoins de tresorerie, etc.
o L'equipe d'ingenierie : plans, systemes photovoltaiques, appels d'offres pour la construction, etc.
o L'equipe chargee des achats et des questions juridiques,
o L'equipe chargee de l'execution de la construction : toutes les questions liees au developpement pendant la construction.
o L'equipe de gestion des actifs
o Equipes de vente au detail
• Mise en place de data rooms et de due diligence Q&A avec les partenaires financiers.
• Analyse comparative du portefeuille de projets
Cette opportunite s'offre a vous si vous possedez ces competences et ces exigences :
• experience professionnelle dont au moins 5 ans dans le secteur des energies renouvelables (solaire/eolien).
• Titulaire d'un master en ingenierie ou management ou d'un diplome francais de grande ecole, interesse par les sujets techniques et desireux de developper des competences en gestion de projet.

IRC SOLAR PROJECT MANAGER (Based in France)
At Eni, we are looking for a Solar Project Manager within Eni Plenitude Renewables Spain SLU in France. You will be responsible for managing the development of renewable projects (with a focus on solar plants) in France, within the Business Development department, reporting to the Head of Renewables Business Development of France. The ideal candidate will be travelling regularly to the main office in Paris (1/2 per week)

Plenitude is an energy company that integrates the retail business and renewable generation with self-consumption and electric mobility solutions, providing energy and gas to more than 10 million homes and businesses across Europe, which offers a range of great professional opportunities for the whole team.
This membership represents a major European project integrating the renewables business with the retail business and will allow us to progressively increase our offer of services, infrastructures, and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater professional projection and growth.
As a member of the development project management & Service team at Eni Plenitude Renewables Spain SLU you will be responsible for:
• Managing the project manager's team
• All round project development: validation of the lands identified by the sourcing team, permitting (obtaining all necessary authorization to build and operate the PV plant), projects' pre feasibility and feasibility assessment, and business case set up.
• Managing project stakeholders' relationships including landowners, local municipalities, DDT, DREAL, SDIS, etc.
• Competitive tenders' preparation and offer submission (AO CRE and any other tender)
• Coordinating with the:
o Business development team located in France in charge of sourcing the land (land validation, negotiation support, commercial offers, etc.)
o Finance Department: projects' business plan, budget, and cash needs follow-up, etc.
o Engineering team: layouts, PV Systs, construction RfPs, etc.
o Procurement and Legal team,
o Construction execution team: all development-related issues during construction.
o Asset Management team
o Retail teams
• Setting up data rooms and due diligence Q&A with financial partners.
• Benchmarking analysis of projects' portfolio
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :
• professional experience including at least 5 years in the renewable energy sector (solar/ wind).
• Master's degree in engineering or management or French "Grande Ecole" degree, interested in technical topics and keen to develop project management skills.
• Dynamic, autonomous, thorough and operation-oriented, you wish to take part in the development of a fast-growing company in an international environment.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
• French native, good proficiency in English, Spanish is a plus.
