Senior Customer Success Manager (H/F)

Au sein d'une équipe européenne vous prenez en charge un portefeuille de clients dans le domaine du Luxe et de la Mode/Beauté mais également sur les secteurs automobiles, de l'habitat et bien d'autres.

Quelques-unes de vos missions :
- Comprendre les besoins et les objectifs de nos clients, et travailler en étroite collaboration avec eux pour développer des communications efficaces en utilisant notre solution.

- Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec nos clients, en étant leur point de contact principal et en veillant à leur satisfaction continue.

- Fournir des conseils et une expertise approfondie sur l'utilisation de notre produit, en répondant aux questions et en proposant des solutions adaptées aux besoins.

- Effectuer des démonstrations de notre solution, en mettant en évidence ses avantages et en montrant comment elle peut contribuer à la réussite des campagnes et l'augmentation du trafic.

- Suivre les performances et les résultats des clients, en identifiant les opportunités d'amélioration et en proposant des recommandations pour maximiser leur retour sur investissement.

- Effectuer des sessions de formation pour les clients, en les aidant à maîtriser pleinement notre solution et à exploiter tout son potentiel.

- Identifier les nouvelles opportunités et remonter les informations aux Account Executive. Vous vous assurez des renouvellements des abonnements et du taux de satisfaction.
Profil

Quel est le profil idéal ?

H/F, de formation supérieure, vous possédez une expérience de Customer success manager dans le secteur high-tech, au sein d'un éditeur SaaS, un constructeur ou dans le domaine de la video.
Idéalement vous connaissez les attentes des entreprises des secteurs Luxe, Fashion, Beauté.

Vous comprenez les attentes et les besoins des clients et saurez être force de propositions pour leur permettre d'optimiser l'utilisation de nos solutions.

Vous saurez évoluer dans un contexte international.

Anglais courant indispensable
