Contexte :
Engagée dans un projet de migration vers EBS R12=> SAP S/4HANA, l'équipe interne est mobilisée sur cette migration et a besoin de renforcer ses capacités de livraison et de support sur l'ERP SAP S/4HANA Vous êtes un expert des modules financiers S/4HANA, en particulier FICO.
Votre mission :
− Personnaliser la plateforme S/4 et guider l'équipe de développeurs dans le respect de WRICEF
− Faire partie du cycle de vie de la mise en œuvre de SAP S/4HANA, de la conception à la mise en service sur tous les flux liés aux processus intégrés Finance et Contrôle de Gestion
− Support utilisateur de niveau 2 tout en respectant le niveau de service.
− Respecter les processus, les outils et la méthodologie informatiques
− Analyser les besoins des utilisateurs, concevoir et suivre les développements et mettre en place des solutions
− Assurer avec nos architectes et notre équipe d'ingénierie de la cohérence de votre solution avec les standards et la feuille de route
− Vous serez force de proposition, en particulier sur l'étape d'étude
− Formalise les user stories et détaille les spécifications, en collaboration avec l'équipe d'ingénierie/opérations informatiques
Créer des scénarios de test et aider les utilisateurs pendant la phase de test
