Quelles sont les missions ?

Rattaché à votre Team Leader, votre mission principale en tant que Revenue Manager sera de définir et de mettre en place la stratégie tarifaire de votre portefeuille composé d'environ 8 hôtels pour maximiser le TO et les revenus.

Vous aurez également pour missions :

* Créer une relation de confiances avec les Directeurs et les équipes commerciales des établissements de votre portefeuille,
* Être leur interlocuteur privilégié pour les questions liées aux revenues,
* Anticiper les ventes et établir les budgets/CA annuels,
* Analyser la concurrence et ajuster les stratégies tarifaires à mettre en place,
* Superviser l'ouverture et la fermeture des canaux de vente,
* Analyser la rentabilité des contrats,
* Assurer le positionnement sur le marché de vos établissements,
* Participer à des projets de la direction.

Quel est le profil idéal ?

Vous disposez de minimum 3 ans d'expérience en revenue management, idéalement sur un cluster d'hôtel.

Vous êtes enthousiaste, dynamique, proactif, bienveillant et disposez d'une très bonne communication en français comme en anglais.

Passionné par les chiffres, vous maîtrisez Excel et connaissez les RMS.

Vous avez un fort esprit analytique, êtes rigoureux et savez travailler en autonomie comme en équipe.
