Quelles sont les missions ?
Directement rattaché(e) au Senior Vice President Research & Innovation Group, votre rôle consiste à construire et mettre en oeuvre pour le groupe Hutchinson au niveau mondial (toutes les BU et les fonctions Corporate) une stratégie de propriété intellectuelle efficace (package de données de conception, brevets, manuel d'entretien des composants, solutions de réparations propriétaires etc.) qui protège et soutient les objectifs de croissance rentable de l'entreprise.
A ce titre, vos principales sont les suivantes :
* Conseiller les principales parties prenantes de l'entreprise (chefs d'entreprise, directeurs de la R&D, fonctions centrales) sur les risques/opportunités liés à la propriété intellectuelle et aux actifs technologiques (par exemple, paysages de la propriété intellectuelle, analyse de la liberté d'exploitation, litiges en matière de propriété intellectuelle etc.),
* Construire, gérer et piloter le portefeuille de brevets de l'entreprise et le savoir-faire associé,
* Valoriser et défendre le portefeuille de brevets de l'entreprise en collaboration avec les différentes activités,
* Capitaliser sur la propriété intellectuelle d'Hutchinson enregistrée sur tous les projets financés en tant que boîte à outils pour la contribution à d'autres projets/contrats,
* Construire des métriques et des KPI pour évaluer la force et l'activité du portefeuille,
* Coordonner tous les dépôts de propriété intellectuelle et valider les choix de toutes les entreprises travaillant actuellement pour la société,
* Sensibiliser tous les acteurs clés de l'entreprise à la propriété intellectuelle au moyen d'un programme de formation,
* Pour la PI divulguée, établir les conditions d'utilisation pour les tiers licenciés (accords de licence, accès aux publications techniques et protection des données, modèle de redevance).
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Votre profil
Vous disposez de 10 ans d'expérience dans un poste à responsabilité similaire en propriété intellectuelle dans une entreprise industrielle.
Vous possédez une formation technique (matériaux / chimie / génie mécanique) ainsi qu'une formation en Propriété intellectuelle (type CEPI).
Réflexion stratégique, compétences en communication sont des atouts indéniables pour réussir sur ce poste.
Maîtrise de l'anglais obligatoire (niveau C1 mimum).
