Quelles sont les missions ?
Après un parcours d'intégration solide et un fort accompagnement à la prise de poste, vous devenez la pierre angulaire entre les
franchisés et la Direction du réseau.
Vous êtes donc un maillon essentiel de notre croissance en développant les stratégies pour étendre le réseau.
Missions
* Identifier, détecter et évaluer les opportunités de développement de la franchise
* Piloter et conclure les nouveaux contrats de franchise
* Exécuter les plans de vente pour atteindre les objectifs et maximiser la rentabilité dans zone assignée
* Établir et maintenir les bonnes relations avec le portefeuille existant des franchisés
* Fournir un soutien technique, des conseils et des formations
* Veiller à l'application des politiques, procédures et normes de l'entreprise
* Analyser le marché, identifier les tendances, faire une veille concurrentielle
* Suivre les KPI pour évaluer les performances et apporter les améliorations nécessaires
* Coordonner les programmes de formation et les ateliers pour les franchisés
* Organiser et piloter la convention annuelle des franchisés
Localisation du poste : Melun
Territoire à couvrir : France et territoires limitrophes (Espagne, Belgique, Luxembourg, Pays-Bas)
Des déplacements occasionnels sont à prévoir.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Nous recherchons avant tout une personne passionnée par le secteur automobile.
Vous affichez une double casquette avec une solide appétence technique et un fort tempérament commercial. Cela vous permet de vous
adresser à vos interlocuteurs avec assurance et de les guider vers les objectifs fixés par la Direction.
* Expérience de 7 ans minimum en animation de franchises
* Bac +2 idéalement
* Bon niveau d'anglais pour communiquer avec les franchisés européens
Curiosité, ouverture d'esprit et polyvalence font partie de votre ADN.
