Quelles sont les missions ?

Vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié et le responsable du suivi et du développement d'un portefeuille de clients investisseurs particuliers, souvent déjà connaisseurs en matière de placements financiers. Votre mission principale consiste à les accompagner individuellement dans la gestion de leurs investissements sur l'offre de produits structurés " Gammes H ".

Une fois acquise la connaissance des produits et des convictions de HEDIOS en tant que concepteur, vous serez en mesure de donner un conseil pertinent et adapté sur l'offre de produits structurés HEDIOS.

Au quotidien, vous aurez à coeur de :

* développer votre volume d'affaires en montant collecté, en nombre de contacts suivis et de recommandations de la part de clients ;

* répondre aux sollicitations des clients, les stimuler par tous moyens, les découvrir, les comprendre et les motiver concernant leur portefeuille de produits HEDIOS ;

* accompagner et conseiller les clients dans la réalisation de leurs opérations ;

* assurer une veille de l'environnement concurrentiel et restituer aux clients l'analyse et les convictions de HEDIOS sur l'actualité des marchés boursiers ;

* partager votre méthodologie de travail et apporter votre soutien aux Conseillers HEDIOS.

Le poste est basé au siège de la société : rue de la Bourse à Paris 2ème. Aucun télétravail.

Quel est le profil idéal ?

Et vous ?

Diplômé(e) d'une formation de niveau Bac+5 minimum acquise en école d'ingénieur, de commerce ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 20 ans plutôt dans le secteur financier sur du développement commercial auprès d'une clientèle de particuliers. Au-delà de votre activité professionnelle, vous suivez quotidiennement l'actualité économique et financière et vous êtes particulièrement intéressé(e) par les sujets d'épargne et d'investissement, notamment sur les marchés boursiers et idéalement concernant les produits structurés.

Le poste proposé consiste à instaurer une relation de confiance et de proximité auprès d'une clientèle de particuliers, afin de promouvoir la gamme de produits structurés de conviction conçus par HEDIOS.

HEDIOS est une Fintech indépendante dont la belle aventure a démarré en 2009.

Ses trente collaborateurs sont pleinement impliqués dans la conception et la commercialisation de produits structurés dénommés " Gammes H ". Il s'agit de produits d'épargne dont la commercialisation s'appuie sur les nouvelles technologies numériques dans la mesure où ils sont disponibles directement en ligne pour des clients investisseurs particuliers via le site Internet transactionnel et son application mobile.

La taille humaine de la société lui confère un fonctionnement agile auquel elle est très attachée. HEDIOS ne fait par ailleurs jamais l'économie d'un travail pédagogique approfondi sur ses produits et met en oeuvre une démarche professionnelle et attentionnée auprès de ses clients.
