Vos missions seront les suivantes :
Diriger et guider la recherche sur les utilisateurs, l'analyse du marché et les connaissances afin de formuler des recommandations commerciales valables à l'intention des fonctions transversales.
Recommandations commerciales à des partenaires sur les produits et les fonctionnalités.
Développer des parcours utilisateurs pour les futurs consommateurs et les consommateurs actifs, ainsi qu'une stratégie cohérente de cycle de vie de l'utilisateur en collaboration avec les partenaires transversaux.
Accroître l'engagement des nouvelles fonctionnalités du produit et favoriser l'adoption par les utilisateurs des fonctionnalités existantes.
Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre une stratégie et des plans de marketing, en étroite collaboration avec les responsables des ventes et du marketing.
Contribuer à la définition de la portée du projet et gérer les priorités du projet et l'affectation des ressources techniques dans le cadre du projet.
Identifier et proposer de manière proactive et systématique de nouvelles opportunités.
Élaborer de nouveaux processus, procédures, méthodes, tests et caractéristiques avec clairvoyance afin d'anticiper et de résoudre les problèmes futurs.
Développer des relations solides, en interne et en externe, en offrant un soutien et une orientation aux membres de l'équipe.
Agir en tant que partenaire de confiance auprès des principales parties prenantes et des partenaires externes dans le processus de développement des produits et des fonctionnalités.
Agir en tant que spécialiste en la matière pour les parties prenantes sur la voix d'un produit ou d'un programme marketing.

Quel est le profil idéal ?
Vous avez au moins cinq ans d'expériences sur un poste similaire.
Vous avez déjà travaillé avec des clients grands comptes.
Vous avez un niveau d'anglais courant.
Une première expérience dans le social média et l'influence est un plus.
Vous avez un bon relationnel
