Vous serez rattaché·e à la pratique Support qui a pour missions :


• Contribuer à la conception des bases de données (DB2, MySql, ...) en accompagnant les Pôles produits.


• Participer à la résolution des incidents et demandes de support remontés par les utilisateurs


• Contribuer à la mise à jour des procédures internes et à l'optimisation de l'activité (connaissance des workflows et des processus d'entreprise, alimentation de la base de connaissances)

Capitalisant sur votre expérience et vos connaissances, vous êtes reconnu en tant qu'Administrateur de Bases de Données au service des opérationnels au sein de l'Unité Opérations DATA.

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

· Assurer un support de qualité aux équipes

· Etre le garant des normes et standards définis sur le périmètre d'activité

· Développer votre expertise sur les technologies de stockage de données

· Mettre en œuvre des solutions de stockages adaptées aux besoins des utilisateurs / clients.

· Concevoir et développer de nouvelles solutions en optimisant l'équilibre coût/ qualité/ délais

· Détecter la non-performance des requêtes faîtes sur les bases de données et apporter un diagnostic

· Engager un processus pour la réécriture d'une requête afin d'optimiser et de maîtriser la consommation de ressources informatiques

· Mettre en œuvre et fournir des recommandations pour l'évolution des nouvelles solutions de stockage en réalisant de la veille technologique des SGBD
