Vos principales missions
  • Assister les managers dans le processus d'évaluation des compétences des équipes afin d'identifier les opportunités de développement
  • Participer à la recherche de programmes de formation adéquat en collaboration avec le gestionnaire de formation pour répondre aux besoins de développement et, mettre à jour le catalogue de référence
  • Assurer la bonne exécution du plan de formation annuel du site dans le but de maintenir les habilitations à jour et développer les compétences des équipes
  • Supporter les superviseurs/managers dans leurs activités quotidiennes de planification des actions de formation : créer des agendas, gérer les accès système, gestion des documents obligatoires (convocations, questionnaires de satisfaction, évaluations à chaud et à froid, certificats de fin de formation) ...
  • Tenir à jour les data de formation en lien avec nos équipes internes
  • Administration du logiciel interne de gestion des compétences
  • Promouvoir et faciliter l'accès aux outils/ressources/programme interne de formation
  • Assurer le bon déroulement des formations internes et également en intra avec notre prestataire formation
  • Créer des rapports d'activités pour rendre compte de la performance du gestionnaire de formation
  • Optimiser le processus de management des compétences en utilisant les techniques d'amélioration continue

Vos interlocuteurs

Vous ferez partie intégrante de l'équipe Direction basée à Nanterre : vous travaillerez en collaboration avec le Responsable de l'usine, les équipes opérationnelles, les ressources humaines et les équipes régionales en charge du management de la compétence et de la coordination des parcours de formation. Vous travaillerez également en collaboration avec les équipes Qualité et Sécurité afin de respecter les standards requis lors les différents audits.
