Notre client est une PME dynamique et innovante dans le secteur des tlcommunications implante Lille et dans les environs. Spcialise dans la fourniture de solutions tlcom sur mesure pour les entreprises cette socit se distingue par son approche personnalise et son expertise technique. Afin de soutenir sa croissance continue et de renforcer sa position sur le march local elle recherche un Account Manager talentueux pour grer et dvelopper ses comptes clients dans le secteur des tlcoms.
propos de lquipe :
Vous intgrerez une quipe commerciale taille humaine o lesprit dquipe et la satisfaction client sont au cur des proccupations. Vous travaillerez en troite collaboration avec des professionnels passionns tout en bnficiant dun accompagnement personnalis pour vous permettre datteindre vos objectifs. Vous interagirez galement avec les quipes techniques et support pour offrir des solutions adaptes aux besoins des clients.
Les missions :
En tant quAccount Manager vous serez charg de :
- Grer et dvelopper un portefeuille de clients : Administrer et faire crotre les comptes clients dans la rgion lilloise en tablissant des relations solides et en garantissant leur satisfaction.
- Assurer un suivi personnalis : Offrir un suivi rgulier aux clients anticiper leurs besoins et proposer des solutions adaptes.
- Identifier les opportunits de croissance : Dtecter les besoins non couverts chez les clients existants et proposer des solutions innovantes.
- Ngocier et renouveler les contrats : Ngocier et renouveler les contrats en optimisant les conditions pour les clients et en augmentant la rentabilit.
- Collaborer avec les quipes internes : Travailler avec les quipes avantvente techniques et support pour assurer la mise en uvre des solutions.
- Participer aux runions clients : Contribuer aux comits de suivi pour discuter de lvolution des offres et des besoins technologiques.
- Suivre les tendances du march : Veiller aux volutions du march et proposer des solutions technologiques la pointe.
- Grer ladministration des comptes : Assurer une gestion administrative prcise des comptes incluant les contrats et le reporting.
Comptences requises :
Formation : Bac4/5 en commerce gestion ou domaine quivalent.
Exprience : Minimum de 5 ans dexprience dans un poste similaire idalement dans le secteur des tlcommunications ou des services technologiques B2B.
Relation client : Capacit avre grer et dvelopper des relations clients dans un environnement complexe.
Ngociation : Solides comptences en ngociation et capacit conclure des accords bnfiques pour les deux parties.
Service client : Sens aigu du service client avec une capacit anticiper les besoins et fournir des solutions adaptes.
Organisation : Comptences organisationnelles et rigueur dans le suivi administratif des comptes.
Communication : Excellentes comptences en communication orale et crite avec un bon esprit danalyse.
Mobilit : Disponibilit pour des dplacements rguliers
Langues : Langlais professionnel est un atout.
