Rattaché au Secrétaire Général de la Zone Afrique et Océan Indien, vous intervenez exclusivement sur la zone Afrique et Océan Indien et vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
* Participer à la conception globale de la stratégie CORA pour la zone ;
* Maîtriser l'environnement externe dans les domaines des taxes, de la réglementation, du coding et tracking et de la lutte contre la fraude (AIT) en tant que référent sur ces sujets ;
* Travailler en partenariat avec les équipes business pour développer des plans stratégiques visant à atténuer les risques et/ou à concrétiser les opportunités du business ;
* Prendre des positions, développer des argumentations et rédiger des documents et présentations ;
* Fournir des rapports réguliers aux marchés, à la zone Afrique et Océan Indien, à la région et au Groupe sur les menaces et les opportunités externes, ainsi que sur les mesures prises pour y répondre ;
* Assurer, à son niveau, la veille réglementaire internationale et européenne et coordonner la veille régionale, tant sur la fiscalité que sur les lois et réglementations du secteur ;
* Participer à la définition, au déploiement et à la révision de la stratégie AIT et RSE en collaboration avec les Directeurs Généraux et les Responsables CORA des marchés d'Afrique et de l'Océan Indien.
Titulaire d'un 3ème cycle (juridique, fiscal, financier...) minimum, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience d'au moins 8 ans à un poste idéalement similaire ou dans une industrie réglementée.
Votre anglais est courant à l'écrit comme à l'oral compte tenu du périmètre international du poste.
Vous avez de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse, vous savez simplifier les problématiques complexes et vous êtes capable d'élaborer une position et de fournir des conseils stratégiques.
Vous êtes organisé, savez prioriser, anticiper et vous êtes agile intellectuellement. Vous aimez travailler en équipe avec une aisance relationnelle qui vous permet une communication fluide avec tout type d'interlocuteurs.
