Le poste de Contract Manager H/F



Rattaché au Directeur de la Division Energie, vous serez en charge de gérer le portefeuille contractuel de l'ensemble de la division sur un scope global.

Vos principales missions seront :

* La participation à la gestion du projet d'engineering dans son volet contractuel en lien avec le client et les sous-traitants ainsi qu'en interne avec les Achats, la Supply Chain, les Chefs de Projets et le Service Juridique,
* L'étroite collaboration avec les Chefs de Projet et ingénieurs sur les risques de non-conformité des prestations aux exigences contractuelles ou de dérives financières,
* La mise à jour du contrat par le biais d'avenants,
* La gestion des réclamations, l'anticipation et litiges et le management de pénalités.

Cette liste n'est pas exhaustive.

Le profil recherché

Titulaire d'un diplôme d'Ingénieur ou d'un master en achats, supply chain international ou droit des contrats minimum, vous disposez d'une première expérience d'au moins 3 ans à un poste de Contract Manager EPC/EPCM.

Rigoureux, influent, doté de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de pilotage, vous aimez la gestion de projet complexe.

Vous êtes force de proposition et recherchez un environnement qui requiert autonomie et responsabilité.
