Within the People and Culture team and more precisely the HRBP team you will take part in offering the best working conditions to ensure our talents retention.

Yousigns HRBPs work collaboratively with the departments proposing people strategies that enable the business to scale quickly with the longterm in mind.

HRBPs are able to advise and provide key insights on topics including organisation design talent management compensation planning as well as short and longterm growth plans across the department they work with.

During a 6 months fixedterm contract to temporarily replace Elisabeth our Lead People Partner you will work directly with Kristina our HR Director and the rest of our HRBP team.

Missions:

As an HRBP you will :

Work handinhand with Yousigns managers and coach them like superheroes to create the most epic working experiences for their teams

Support around 100 Yousigners (Engineering & Product teams) from the onboarding to the offboarding

Participate in implementing career path opportunities to help our employees to see themselves rocking it in the long run

Measure employee satisfaction by launching engagement surveys and ENPS surveys and identify initiatives to improve engagement and retention of our talents

Launch our bi annual performance review cycles

Update our dashboards to monitor our KPIs

Work on diverse projects within the HR team

More About You:

You have at least 3 years of experience in a HR Business Partner position

Experience in a fastpaced or SaaS environment is a plus

You have great interpersonal skills and know how to influence your audience

You are organized and able to manage several topics at the same time

You are creative and willing to go the extra mile to help your team we are on the lookout for any new relevant idea

You have a cheerful enthusiastic and sociable personality

Your oral and written communication skills in French and English are excellent
