Rattaché au Directeur Commercial, vos missions sont les suivantes :

* Co-construction de la stratégie commerciale grands comptes,
* Gestion, animation et développement des grands comptes (Visite, cross-selling, vente additionnelle, négociation),
* Participation à une gestion efficace avant et après-vente,
* Prescription auprès de grands comptes publics (armées, gendarmerie, collectivité, éducation...),
* Veille concurrentielle, analyse des tendances du marché français (restauration professionnelle),
* Élaboration de plans de vente, de support commercial, dans l'optique de l'atteinte des objectifs,
* Coordination et collaboration avec les autres divisions (Marketing, Communication, ADV et SAV),
* Reporting régulier sur l'état du marché au Directeur Commercial.

Typologie client : Distributeurs-Grossistes, Vente directe CHR, Grands comptes publics.

Le profil recherché

De formation commerciale et/ou marketing, vous avez au moins une première expérience commerciale en CHR idéalement, ou GEM/PEM en GSS. Profil équilibré et complet, vous êtes à l'aise aussi bien en « élevage » que « chasse ».

Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement multiculturel et avez de l'appétence pour cette typologie de produits/clients.

Enfin, la maîtrise de l'anglais est un plus non négligeable.
