Lead & Grow the Revenue & Sales operations function at a fast-growing B2B Scale-up
Your Role as a Head of Revenue Operations:
- Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Head of Revenue Operations will be responsible for scaling the go-to-market functions (such as sales, success and professional services) and leading global impact projects.
- The role will lead a small team and take on responsibility for streamlining global sales processes, creating a sales academy and working on structuring bonus schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy, analysis, and policy development
- Operational improvement
- Project and program management
- Training, enablement, and operations
- Development of key Tools and assets
Your Experience:
- 6-8 years total experience – a combination of strategy/management consulting experience (ideally with a focus on FS clients) and revenue ops/sales ops in a scale-up (b2b)
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience managing teams in the past
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Right to work in France
- Familiarity with financial and professional services
- Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint, Power BI, and Salesforce skills

The base salary for this role is competitive depending on the preferred location. The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and location.
