Le poste de Manager Structured Finance - Syndication H/FThrough his/her relationship with banks and investors, the Syndication Manager will leverage his/her expertise to identify market opportunities, and contribute to the bank's overall business objectives through effective relationship management and innovative financing solutionsOrigination & Business Development :Partner with Corporate Banking and CRE team to support the origination of new mandates for syndicated facilities, leveraging investor relationships to position the bank competitively.Transaction execution & syndication :For syndicated structured facilities (excluding Real Estate financings), and in coordination with the Relationship Manager in charge (if relevant), structure and negotiate all aspects of the transaction, with thesupport of the credit analyst team lead the analysis and due diligencephase of the transaction, prepare the credit paper and present it tothe relevant credit committees for approuval, and lead the negotiationof the transaction legal documentation (mandate letters, term sheets,credit agreements) and lead the distribution of the transaction tobanks, investors and insurers ensuring that terms are favorable andaligned with client needs and organizational goals.Market Intelligence & Strategy : Monitor market trends and conductcompetitive analysis to identify new syndication opportunities andrisks in the European and ME loan markets. Leadership & Governance : Represent the Syndications function atinternal committeesLe profil recherchéEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:EDUCATION: Bachelor's in Finance, Business, or similar; MBA orprofessional certification is a plus.EXPERIENCE: 7-10 years in loan syndication, leveraged or structuredfinance, preferably at a top bank or financial firm.TRACK RECORD: Proven success in closing complex syndication dealsacross various industries.INVESTOR NETWORK: Strong connections with European and globalinvestors (banks, insurance companies, ...)LEADERSHIP: Effective team leader with strong influence and motivationskills.LANGUAGES: Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).SKILLS: Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, andproblem-solving skills.WORK STYLE: Performs well under pressure, able to juggle multiple high-priority projects.L'entrepriseTalents Banque Assurance, cabinet de recrutement dédié aux métiersde la Banque et de l'Assurance au sein du Groupe Linking Talents vousaccompagne dans la réalisation de vos projets professionnels en vousproposant des offres ciblées correspondant à votre profil et vosattentes. Nous recherchons pour notre client, une banque de renomméeinternationale, un.e Manager Structured Finance et Syndication dans lecadre d'un recrutement en CDI.The role has a dual mission:    * For Corporate Banking structured syndicated facilities: theindividual will be co-responsible for originating, structuring, andexecuting structured financing transactions in full collaboration withthe Relationship Manager in charge (if relevant) with the support ofthe Corporate Banking analysts.    * For Corporate Banking and Commercial Real Estate syndicatedfacilities: manage the distribution and syndication of thosetransactions across European and Middle East markets in coordinationwith the group syndication team.The role requires a strong background in structuring structured transactions (acquisitions, project finance, real estate financings,...) and a strong relationships with institutional investors, banks, and non-bank lenders, as well as a deep understanding of credit markets, syndication strategies, andregulatory frameworks and delivering exceptional client service.
