We are looking for a Supplier Quality Development to come onboard in our Quality Directorate in Julien's team: a team of 8 collaborators

Your Mission
  • Represent quality function and assess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision - e.g. RFx, Maturity Gate -for new suppliers and/or services providers,
  • Assess supplier's capacity, capability, weaknesses, identify risk and launch corresponding recovery plans,
  • Lead and manage product and process audits/assessments on the product and service life cycle product - industrial/production and after-sales.
  • Manage supplier approval ensuring that suppliers are compliant with ATR requirements and airworthiness regulations,
  • Drive, monitor and support new product introduction, industrial changes (transfer of work) to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase,
  • Seek opportunities to apply lessons learned in order to continually develop ATR supplier management processes and competencies through identification and engagement of best practice,
  • Guarantee the conformity of a product/service to the ATR quality requirements,
  • Contribute to the corresponding Multi-Functional Team (MFT) from end to end.

About you
  • 10 years of experience within Aerospace industry, 5 years minimum in an aerospace auditing role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Purchasing and/or industrial, Supply Chain & Quality Management environment and processes (lead assessor or assessor on Industrial Process Control Assessment (IPCA+) and/or AEROEXCELLENCE methodologies).
  • Basics in Quality tools, RCCA methodologies (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa diagrams, 5W methodology, etc.), APQP and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Good knowledge of airworthiness regulations - i.e. Part 21G and Part 145 - and quality assurance standards - i.e. EN9100, EN9110, EN9120.
  • Strong project management, manufacturing processes in aeronautic industry knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, excellent time management skills and the proven ability to prioritize work.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivated, strong attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS pack office and SAP (PGI & MM modules).
  • Assertiveness and diplomacy.
  • Availability and flexibility for international travelling.
  • Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus).

Nous recherchons un Supplier Quality Development pour rejoindre notre Direction Qualité au sein de l'équipe de Julien : une équipe de 8 collaborateurs

Votre mission
  • Représenter la fonction qualité et évaluer les fournisseurs pendant la phase d'appel d'offres et contribuer à la décision de sélection - par exemple, RFx, Maturity Gate - pour les nouveaux fournisseurs et/ou prestataires de services,
  • Évaluer les capacités et les faiblesses des fournisseurs, identifier les risques et lancer les plans de redressement correspondants,
  • Diriger et gérer les audits/évaluations des produits et des processus sur le cycle de vie du produit et du service - industriel/production et après-vente,
  • Gérer l'approbation des fournisseurs en veillant à ce qu'ils respectent les exigences d'ATR et les réglementations en matière de navigabilité,
  • Diriger, surveiller et soutenir l'introduction de nouveaux produits, les changements industriels (transfert de travail) pour assurer la maturité de la qualification industrielle avant la phase de série,
  • Rechercher les opportunités d'appliquer les leçons apprises afin de développer continuellement les processus et les compétences de gestion des fournisseurs d'ATR par l'identification et l'engagement des meilleures pratiques,
  • Garantir la conformité d'un produit/service aux exigences de qualité d'ATR,
  • Contribuer à l'équipe multifonctionnelle et déployer la stratégie associée.

A propos de vous
  • 10 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie aérospatiale, 5 ans minimum dans un rôle d'audit sur les périmètres industriel
  • Connaissances de l'environnement et des processus de gestion des achats et/ou de l'industrie, de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et de la qualité (évaluateur principal sur les méthodologies IPCA+ et/ou AEROEXCELLENCE),
  • Connaissances en matière d'outils de qualité, de méthodologies RCCA (par exemple 8D, diagrammes d'Ishikawa, méthodologie 5W), démarche APQP, et du Lean Six Sigma,
  • Bonne connaissance de la réglementation aéronautique production et maintenance - c.à.d. Part 21G et Part 145 et des normes d'assurance qualité (EN9100, EN9110, EN9120),
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles, excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps et capacité avérée à établir des priorités dans le travail,
  • Attitude positive, motivation personnelle, grand souci du détail,
  • Excellentes compétences informatiques, notamment en ce qui concerne MS Pack Office et SAP,
  • Assertivité et diplomatie,
  • Disponibilité et flexibilité pour les déplacements internationaux,
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (l'italien est un plus),
