Rattaché au DRH, vous intervenez sur un périmètre de 100 collaborateurs environ (cadres en majorité).
À ce titre, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
* Vous accompagnez les Managers opérationnels au quotidien sur l'ensemble de leurs problématiques RH ;
* Vous prenez en charge le recrutement dans sa globalité - jusqu'à la rédaction des contrats de travail ;
* Vous assurez le on-boarding des nouveaux collaborateurs ;
* Vous pilotez et déployez le plan de développement des compétences ;
* Vous animez les différentes campagnes RH (people review, salary review, entretiens annuels, entretiens professionnels...).
Cette liste n'est pas limitative.
Issu d'une formation supérieure RH et/ou école de commerce, vous avez acquis 7 ans d'expérience minimum à un poste similaire, dans un environnement international.
Autonome et rigoureux, vous possédez le sens des responsabilités et savez gérer vos priorités. Agile et doté d'un excellent relationnel, vous êtes orienté « équipe » et satisfaction client interne. Un anglais opérationnel voire courant (écrit et oral) est indispensable pour cette mission.
